Alfred Eames Cellars is located at Puesta del Sol Vineyards, three miles south of Paonia, Colorado in the West Elks Viticultural Area. Our wines are crafted using traditional methods from grapes grown at high elevations in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Red wines are fermented in open vats, aged in French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. White wines are barrel fermented and lightly filtered to preserve character and balance.
