• 2019 Carmena – made from the Carmine grape (sold out)
• 2023 Estate Pinot Noir (sold out) – light mouthfeel, soft on the tongue with a sustained finish, taste of wild strawberries on a high mountain meadow
• 2022 Tempranillo – traditional Spanish wine that is spicy, complex but approachable and excellent on a summer evening paired with meats and strong flavored foods
• 2023 Syrah – dry and plummy, smooth bodied wine that cellars beautifully
• 2023 Petite Sirah – deeply-colored wine, rich black fruit flavors of blackberry and blueberry alongside savory notes of black pepper, licorice and earthy tones and bold tannins

Blends

• 2008 Noche – true Tawny Port style dessert wine. Aged 15 years in oak barrels. Musty, warm, complex with notes of black cherry and a nutty finish.
• 2023 Vino Tinto – proprietary blend of many resulting in a robust table wine
• 2020 Sangre del Sol – Blood of the Sun. Proprietary blend of many grape varieties usually anchored on Syrah, bold, suggesting blackberries and as one sommelier put it, “sketches of Spain”
• 2020 Collage – classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot that is medium/large bodied yet gentle on the tongue, stands up well on its own or paired with just about anything
• 2023 SBV – a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, subtle pear, snappy gooseberry, hints at Sauvignon Blanc
